AI admin · Led by Adam Hurst

Admin piling up.
Free time disappearing.

WhatsApp, email, Instagram, Messenger. The messages keep coming and admin piles up faster than you can clear it. Replies, notes and follow-ups spill into evenings and weekends, leaving less time for yourself.

I’m Adam Hurst. I build practical AI bot setups that bring messages together, handle routine admin and flag what needs your attention.

01 / How it works

From incoming message
to next action.

Messages, routine admin, proposals and quotes — connected to a knowledge base that grows with your business.

My own setup uses AnyChat and Grok, with fast local models to sort and clean incoming work and reduce online quota usage.

  1. 01

    Bring messages together

Messages from your connected channels arrive in one place, making incoming work easier to follow.

  2. 02

    Use your knowledge and rules

Build a shared knowledge base from existing work, services, pricing and business rules. Give the bot the context to sort requests and take the right next step.

  3. 03

    Automate replies, proposals and quotes

Handle routine replies and prepare proposals and quotes using your templates and rules. Where practical, automation can work through your software’s interface even when it has no API.

  4. 04

    Review, learn and improve

Keep decisions and approvals with you or your team. Feed completed work and reviewed corrections back into the knowledge base, so the system learns from your business and improves over time.

02 / My own experience

Admin time saved in my own business.

The setup I use
in my own business.

I built my own setup to help manage the messages, follow-ups and everyday admin that come with running a business. It saves me about 3–4 hours of admin a day in my own business.

That experience shapes my approach: focus on useful tasks, test how the system behaves, keep running costs visible and make clear which decisions still need a person.

Consultation & hands-on setup

Practical AI admin help.
From AED 2,000.

1–2 hours with me, Adam Hurst. Bring the messages, follow-ups, quotes or repetitive admin that are taking up your time. We’ll look at how you work, choose a useful starting point and begin configuring a practical setup together.

What we’ll work on

  • Map how messages and tasks move through your business
  • Choose a useful starting point: replies, routine admin, proposals or quotes
  • Connect the relevant tools and build knowledge from your existing work and rules
  • Define what can happen automatically and what needs your approval
  • Test what we build, review running costs and plan how the knowledge base stays current

What to expect

The session combines advice with hands-on implementation. How much we complete depends on the complexity of your workflow, the tools involved and whether the necessary accounts and access are ready.

A straightforward setup may be working by the end of the session. More involved workflows may need further configuration or testing. We’ll finish by reviewing what’s working, what remains and the next steps.

What to have ready

  • Access to the accounts and channels you want to connect
  • Examples of messages, past proposals or quotes, and the rules you work by
  • An idea of what would make your working day easier

We’ll identify any additional tools or subscriptions your setup needs and discuss their running costs.

Optional follow-up sessions

Further sessions are available to continue the build, refine automations and update the knowledge base as your business changes. Monthly check-in packages are also available.

Support with the workload

Working for yourself.
Carrying everything yourself?

Self-employment can feel lonely when every task comes back to you. Hiring can be expensive, and even with a team, you can still end up carrying too much of the admin. A properly designed bot setup can take on agreed routine tasks, organise incoming work and bring decisions to you — supporting you and your team.

About

I’m Adam Hurst.

I’ve run my own SME in the UAE for over six years. Before that, I was head of IT for a small financial services firm. I know the day-to-day pressure of keeping clients, delivery and admin moving.

Based in Dubai, I help business owners in the UAE with practical AI automation and bot setups, drawing on the system I use myself. I bring a hands-on approach: understand the work, choose useful tools, test the setup and explain how to run it.

AI & bot setup FAQs

Before you
bring in a bot.

Ten practical questions about what a setup can do, what it costs and how you stay in control.

What can an AI bot actually do for my business?

A bot can organise messages, handle agreed routine replies, prepare proposals and quotes, and flag decisions for you. We start with the repetitive admin taking up your time and choose a useful, manageable first step. It can support a solo owner or an existing team.

Should I use an online AI model or host one locally?

Cloud models are convenient; local models offer more control over where processing happens. A hybrid can use fast local models for classification and cleaning, reserving online models for harder work. A suitable NUC or similar mini PC can handle lightweight tasks; we check the model and hardware requirements first.

Can it work with my existing software, even without an API?

Often, yes. We use supported integrations where available. Where practical and permitted, automation can also work through your software’s interface. We check feasibility first, keep approvals around important actions and allow for adjustments when the software changes.

What does the AED 2,000 consultation include?

From AED 2,000, you get 1–2 hours of advice and hands-on setup with Adam Hurst. We choose a useful starting point and begin building and testing it. Completion depends on complexity and account readiness; you leave knowing what works, what remains and the next steps.

What are the ongoing costs, quotas and usage limits?

Tools, hosting and AI usage are additional costs. Fast local models can classify, clean and filter incoming work, reducing unnecessary online calls and token use. Savings depend on the workflow. We review quotas, available spending controls and what happens if a limit is reached.

How is my data protected, and is it used to train AI?

It depends on the providers, plans and settings. We review where data goes, who can access it, retention and training policies before connecting accounts. We limit access and keep sensitive actions under your control. Local hosting alone does not guarantee privacy.

Do I own the setup, and can I run it without you?

Yes. You own the bespoke workflows and configuration built for you and retain account access. We explain how to run the setup; ongoing support is optional. Third-party software, models and subscriptions remain subject to their own licences and terms.

What if the bot gets something wrong or sends the wrong quote?

AI can make mistakes. We set clear limits, test real examples and keep proposals, prices or sensitive replies as drafts where approval is needed. You or your team handle exceptions, with a way to pause the automation if something looks wrong.

How does the knowledge base help the system improve over time?

Existing work and business rules give the bot useful context. Completed work and reviewed corrections keep that knowledge current, improving future replies and drafts. This does not mean the AI automatically retrains itself or treats every incoming message as a trusted rule.

Will the setup need maintenance or ongoing support?

Yes. Software, models, quotas and your business rules change. We explain what to monitor and how to pause or escalate work. You can manage this yourself, arrange further sessions or choose an optional monthly check-in package.
